I am Andrew Shea, a filmmaker based in Detroit, Michigan. I work in many creative mediums, such as videography, video editing, photography, social media content creation, writing, sound design, visual effects, graphic effects, color grading, animations, website design, and directing.

I have directed many short films, and in Summer 2023, I wrote, directed, and shot my first feature film, "DSLR." It was filmed in Detroit, and follows a fictional group of student filmmakers who try to finish a short film before the end of a fateful summer. "DSLR" was released at a private screening January 2025. Now streaming on Prime Video.

 

I seek to create unique visual/audio experiences that immediately capture a viewer's attention. I am hardworking, dedicated, highly motivated, and attentive to detail.
